Still going strong. Going to start getting on tumblr more. I have been running like crazy on the treadmill and burning lots of calories. I really am hoping I can make the 130’s for the new year…I’m getting more and more doubtful as it approaches though… :(
Day 3/30
I am going to get back on here daily to keep myself accountable! I have been running daily from anywhere 30-80minutes a day.
SW: 145.8
CW: 144.3
Avg per day: 0.75
I am aiming to keep my average at 0.3 or higher so i am doing good. I am going to start posting my intake with some pictures and such. I am loving this treadmill. I try and watch a tv show on my laptop as I am working in out and that gives me 45min or so…
Life has been treating me well. Taking my kiddos to see Santa at my husbands work party. He unfortunately has to work but my Moms gunna come with me.
19 Days to the New Year!
19 days and I WILL be in the 130’s. I got a treadmill for an early Christmas present and I’m lovin’ it! :) I am aiming to eat 1500 calories a day and run off about 500. Gunna do this one for 30 days but what I really want is on day 19…

Yeah so I’ve fallen of the face of the earth
I have been doing a 1200 calorie diet and been using and following some lovelie ladies on mfp. I hit my lowest weight yet this morning! 142.5! Haven’t seem the 142’s since before I was preggo. 2.6lbs to prepregnancy weight whoop whoop!

Healthy Skinny Girl Diet Day 1
So I haven’t been on here because I am just so ashamed of myself. I have been on this plateau for over a month now and not seeing any type of results make me binge over and over and over again. I don’t know what to do. I am going to do this healthy version of the Skinny Girl Diet not really expecting huge results. If I just hit the 143’s or 142’s and break this plateau it will be a success. No pressure this time. There is nothing more I want than to see 139.8 as that was my ore-pregnancy weight with my son on the charts. I know that was a bad day and I had tons of clothes on and I was more like 136 but that’s okay. I am just soooo sick of all this I just wanna be skinny again… Soooo here it goes…I’ll admit how bad this last week really was

Wish memluck! 900 calories today plus all the fruits and veggies I can muster…
HSGD Day 1
Had a good first day I think, had veggies and cottage cheese for lunch and Subway for dinner. I would estimate about 600 calories.

Not a huge loss but I was a little dehydrated and drank a ton last night.
